From March 31st 2024, we will no longer be offering a prescription delivery service to Hawkesbury, Charfield, Kingswood and Cromhall.
We have reviewed our processes and we want to be sure that medication is stored safely and appropriately according to the manufacturer guidelines. We also need to be sure that the correct medication goes to the right patient, or their chosen representative.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your prescriptions sent to a pharmacy that offers a home delivery service. There are several pharmacies that offer this service and if this is something you would like, please let us know, and we can arrange to send the prescriptions to them. If not, we will continue to dispense your medication for you, or your chosen representative to collect from the surgery.
