Important Patient Update
Unfortunately, our Berkeley Surgery is currently closed until further notice due to flooding.
The safety of our patients and staff is our priority, and we are working hard to assess the damage and restore services as quickly as possible.
What this means for patients
- Do not attend Berkeley Surgery until further notice.
- Patients with face-to-face appointments will be contacted where possible and, where appropriate, appointments will be relocated to one of our other practice sites or another local health care facility.
- We are unable to accept samples (including urine, blood or stool samples) at Berkeley Surgery while the site remains closed. Please contact the practice if you have been asked to provide a sample and require advice on where to take it.
- Prescription requests should be submitted using the NHS App, our online services, or via the practice website wherever possible.
- The prescription request box at Berkeley Surgery will continue to be emptied, but less frequently than usual, so there may be delays if you submit a paper request.
Our telephone lines remain open, and patients can continue to contact us as normal for advice, appointments and enquiries.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding while we manage this unexpected situation.
